Baraka lotus disability services is an NDIS provider based in Adelaide that strives to deliver a wide range of professional and personalized support.
Our highly trained staff are committed to delivering the best possible care for our clients to enable them to live their best life.
Our Services
We understand that people require different levels of support, which is why we will create a specialized individual service for each of our clients. The dignity and happiness of our participants is our goal at Baraka Lotus.

Personal Care
We supply our participants with the support and equipment they may require to maintain their health, safety and general wellbeing. We work with our participants in the comfort of their own home, and aim to assist them to live as independent as possible.

Daily Living
We assists our participants to ensure their personal care and hygiene is always upheld. We will assist showering, toileting, changing etc, in the participants home. These support items provide a participant with assistance with, or supervision of, personal tasks of daily life to develop skills of the participant to live as autonomously as possible.

Transport
We provide participant to travel to and from appointments or their place of work. As well as for specialised transport services for a participant to a school, educational facility, employment, or the community.

Home & Community
During complete renovations or modifications on a client home, we assist them to maintain safety and comfort in their home.
Provide community nursing supports to participants within their home or living setting these are participants who require higher levels of care and assistance.
